How-to make a new skin for OOTP5.
- Create a folder with the .skn ending within the \graphics older
- Copy all files from the default.skn folder into the new folder - Now the user can edit the BMP files... but the dimensions have to stay the same! Use RGB 0,0,0 for the transparency color. - The files textcolors.ini and colors.ini (for lines and misc. drawings) may be edited as well.
