Armour Field
...a proposed new home for the White Sox before they moved into New Comiskey Park in 1991.
It's based on a real concept by Philip Bess for a true neighborhood ballpark that was done at the time, although by all accounts it was never seriously considered. But considering all the grief the Sox get for their park, I always like to imagine what might have been. I've made this version intentionally generic so it could be used for any team. In addition to the 3D model, the download includes a larger version of the 2D Image above as well as overhead views created in the OOTP Park Generator (slightly altered because it didn't QUITE look right when I put in the exact dimensions). There's also a PRK file in there. The park can be downloaded here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/q88zb...v1_6.zip/file6 You can learn more about Armour Field and the concept behind it at the following links: Armour Field | City Baseball Magic | Thursday Associates WSI's FLYINGSOCK.COM.* Chicago White Sox coverage with totally biased attitude! Saaaaay, would one of our resident 3D gurus be so kind as to add 3D crowds and backgrounds to this for me?
