Question about importing from import_export .csv files

Hi,

I wanted to make some changes to a Japanese roster set I'm working on. For example, I wanted to add information like draft year and draft team for players that I have this data for. I used import_export to export files to .csv format, and then made changes to the players.csv file that was exported from my save game. However, I can't figure out how to import the changed players.csv file back into the game. Is this possible? And if so, how do I do it? Being able to do this will really help speed up the process.

The CSV dumps are not used for that purpose. They are used for 3rd party programmers to access OOTP data.
