So I thought I might post in a new place. This program has development graphs, ratings by specific dates, sorting, filtering and so much more. The download is a zip and you should just be able to run the .exe. You will need to have the .net 3.5 framework. There is a readme built into the program that launches when you run the .exe (this can be disabled, as well).
