Email form for lineup/roster changes?

I'm running a hybrid league, where some managers play directly from OOTP, and others play online only via the auto-generated website and message board.

Is there a better way to process lineup changes for online-only managers than just having them make posts to a message board?

I was wondering if there is any tool that pulls team info from the database, and displays options for changing lineups and promoting/demoting players. For each manager it would only show players from their own team and have sort sort of simple interface for moving players around in the lineup.

The form would be submitted as a simple email message to the commissioner (myself).

Does something like this exist? Sorry if it's a newb question, I've browsed and looked at the various tools StatsLab, OOTPOU but it's not clear to me if they have this. I know some old Baseball Pro leagues had interfaces like this.

Actually, this way of running a league is approvingly referenced in the OOTP online manual.

To participate in an online league, all you need is a copy of OOTPB and the ability to connect to the internet so that you can download league files and export your changes. In fact, there are some online leagues in which the participants don't even have to own OOTPB! They submit all their changes through the commissioner.
Many existing tools for extending the OOTP web interface work for purchasers and non-purchasers alike. And as I mentioned before people have developed similar tools for BBPro which is sometimes used for online leagues so it's precedented.

Then I withdraw my remarks and apologize.

The genesis of the remark came from a thread at the release of v15 where some posters wanted the most recent roster set made available for v14. We pointed out that that action would suppress sales and made no business sense.

Anyway I should have checked before chewing on my boots. Sorry.
