Error Setup

I'm having a lot of issues trying to set this up on my server. I created the Database and user. However when i got to the /validator.php i get this:

StatsLab Validator

Current PHP version: 5.2.17 (must be 5.2 or greater)
OK: PHP mcrypt extension loaded.

OK: config.txt file found.
ERROR: dbopen.php file not found in SQL upload directory. Please create this file based on dbopen.php.sample.
After doing so, return to this page.

If the dbopen.php file is in the SQL upload folder and StatsLab can't find it, that means that either the config.txt file isn't correctly pointing to the upload folder or permissions to access it aren't enabled.

In addition to the PDF, there are also installation instructions online that might help you understand.
