Are any PBP mods available?

I was just wondering if there were any modified files available re: the play-by-play text . . . it would be nice to get a little different "slant" on the games if anyone has developed any, especially with the feel of the old-time announcers . . .

Has anyone done this, and if so, is the file available?

If not, are there any editors that would help to make one, and would it be difficult to do?
