Request for League Logo Artwork

I've never tried to outsource my logo projects before, but with the incredible amount of talent around here, I thought this would be fun to try!!

I need a logo for the "Grassroots Baseball Alliance" or "GBA". The only requirements for the logo are:

- Primary colors should be green (grass), brown (dirt), and white (chalk).
- I want to incorporate the state initials somewhere around the perimeter of the logo, separated by stars: MA * NH * PA * CA

It can be circular, square, rectangular, whatever... The two leagues in the Alliance are the Northeastern League and the Pacific League. Thanks in advance!!!
