I will. However, I noticed that the links have a rather short life span, so it's wise for anyone wanting a copy of the proofs to download them sooner rather than later, before link rot sets in.

Not off-hand no. I would imagine it would be in the same style as the parent club, the Dodgers. At any rate, I merely lifted the script from the pre-existing images for use on the jerseys.

LHF has some nice script fonts with slashes, but they're not free. Ballpark weiner is another good one that does come free, but it doesn't have slashes, alas.
