My Stadium Graphics

Here's what I've been using as my stadium graphics. I am currently in 1985 in an MLB RePlay so I am using some stadiums that aren't around anymore, enjoy:

Here's what it looks like in Paintshop:

Here's what it looks like in the game:

The CPU batting order A.I. still needs some tweaking! Truth is Strawberry hasn't reached his full potential yet and they use Greg Gross, Lee Lacy, Hubie Brooks, and Bill Madlock in the middle of their order. Their pitching staff highlights include a young John Franco (19/20/18), Dwight Gooden, and Nolan Ryan.

Can't believe I forgot to give credit where credit is most definitely due. The above thread was the inspiration for my parks and I used the BALLPARK program provided by pstrickert located at the bottom of page 1 to do the field overlay. Special thanks to EnglishRay and to pstrickert for their work and ideas.

This site would be nothing without the generosity of its members so I will most definitely make these available. As of this moment I am building as I go, meaning, I'm running the Braves so I've done Fulton and some other NL Parks. When I get all the NL done I will upload them to photobucket and provide a link. I am using fictional minor leagues so I will need to create those as well in addition to the AL parks and whatever else my heart desires, thanks! I'll let you know when I have linked them.

As promised, I went ahead and finished up the NL Parks and uploaded them to Photobucket:

carolinahuey/OOTP - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

If you want the PSP files in order to manipulate them, just pm me or email me carolinahuey@gmail.com and I send them to you.

I'll start on the AL parks soon as well as my fictional parks, when finished I will make them available to all, thanks!

Would you be willing to do historical stadiums? These are absolutely amazing.

Those are very nice! Now that I don't play with animation, I might give these a try!

I forgot to mention that I don't use the ball animation on these! I also need to post the settings, they're pretty obvious but it would be easier for all if I just posted the #'s, I'll do that later today.

As far as historical, YES I will do and plan on doing pretty much every stadium there is. I'm kind of a stadium history nut and this is really one of my favorite parts of this game. I need to do the AL parks as well as the current parks, but will do historical parks and any other parks requested.

I'll keep you posted!!!

Thats great to hear, for me,I'm looking for these stadiums:

American League

Shibe Park
Tiger Stadium
Cleveland Stadium
Comiskey Park
Old Yankee stadium
Old Fenway Park
Sportsmans Park
Griffith Stadium

National League
Old Wrigley Field
Crosley Field
Forbes Field
Ebbetts Field
Polo Grounds
Braves Field
Shibe and Sportsman's Parks were shared.

Although I'm still in 1906,I use the teams first stadium instead of the old ballparks, the photos leave a lot to be desired.Anyway,I can't wait! Thanks a lot!

That is breathtaking!! I just wish it didn't have the outline of the field as an overlay.

Yes,I love these painted stadiums,Padresfan said he has the whole set(without the overlays) so here's to hoping they're the quality of this one. Here it is without the overlay.

Behold the following absurdity:

I obviously had to resize the image to post it here but I will have a package of all original 16 teams from the era made and sent to someone to post. Maybe Fidel or Padresfan...?

What do you guys think?

I started yet another fictional dynasty and I am in the process of creating stadiums for cities like Austin, TX and Long Beach, CA (I just hit randomize cities). I'm using mainly skylines or famous landmarks with the same coordinates for the players and baserunners. I am also creating fictional field dimensions and will use the field overlay as well. Once I get some polished up I will post them. I also thought about mixing and matching MLB stadiums with some action shots, like Yankee Stadium and Larsen's perfect game or Dodger Stadium with Gibby's walk off. Fun fun fun, can't wait for Spring Training!!!
