The layout is fairly simple but it is not the easiest card to do because in the small photo in the corner the player's head sticks out of the box (for lack of a better term). So there is a bit more involved than cutting and pasting...

But here's what I came up with in Inkscape. I had to use a paint program to remove the background in the small photo.

I tweaked the Team font a little to more closely match the original. It was a bit too wide. Usually I have trouble matching fonts but that one is very close.

Can I ask what fonts were used?

Behold the following absurdity:
"It is four years down the road, but I doubt a far-winger from either side could actually secure the WH. Moderates generally win. Obama is definitely a moderate . He had wide appeal, and still does."

The team name is Kimberley - Kimberley Font | dafont.com - it's not an exact match but it's close.

The player name is DejaVu Sans Condensed - Font Squirrel | Free Font DejaVu Sans by DejaVu Fonts
I had to make it a bit more bold by giving it a stroke and I resized it a bit to match the original.
