Logo conversion help

Can someone please help me out with this logo? I'm having a rough time trying to convert it properly. I can't get it to look right once it is loaded into the game.

I resized it to 150x150 and resaved as a png file in MS paint.

OOTP must have been autosizing it funny. I have that happen with cap logos a lot. Glad it was an easy fix
