Logo for Mississauga Spartans

Could someone put together a team logo for the Mississauga Spartans using this graphic:

The secondary colour I'd like is a rich, dark red, something near fire engine, I suppose.

Heheh...this is not a contest, just something we enjoy doing with our spare time. I think it's great for the requester to have more than one choice. Also, it's fun to see everyones take on each logo.

I remember awhile back there was a logo contest that had all the logo makers compete each week or whatever it was, and then the winner was decided by a poll. That was before I got into logo making and was one of the reasons I got into it. It was great to see all the different styles in one place. I would like to see that contest again, and would like to join in.

Good lord, stop... I'm flattered but you give me way too much credit.

For my 2 cents, I definitely don't mean to turn any request into a competition. I try to make my work different from what anyone else may submit to give the requester options. I think most of the custom logos look great. In particular I find some of Dav's simple logos to be awesome. Justafans submission here is excellent... the border really emphasizes the Spartan.

"If you can't dazzle them with your brillance, baffle them with your bullsh... ". I just confuse your senses with some pretty effects.

That said, Trader, if you prefer a particular style, please speak up.

I'm not overly happy with this one (I like Justafans!)... but here ya go...

I think I just don't like squares...

I've worked on a couple Uni's for my teams, and they really stink compared to what most of the guys here can create. There are some really great Uniform artists here... and I'm not one of them.

Here are some in game shots. The first one is the custom uni. the other ones are with the in game custom jersey maker with the cap/jersey logo...Gives you a few options. Also here is a zip file that has everything named correctly so you just have to put it in the right folder.
