I have a feeling timpicker is a one and done kind of poster. He really has no interest in being a part of these boards. He just wanted to shoot and run.

I'm thinking of putting together a team_nick_names.txt that uses only the nicknames in my logo collection, since the one that comes with the game has lots of nicknames without logos. That way when the game creates logos, if these are in the Logos folder, it will only use nicknames that have logos.

Does this sound interesting to anyone.

Great idea!

That file does need some editing. There are many nicknames that are very difficult or impossible to find logos for.

With 13 being announced I started getting all excited and it got me thinking about 'logo making' again and so I started fiddling with logos again (despite being 'retired'

) and the next thing I know I've got 200-ish 'new' logos in my collection. So I've decide to release them as a January 2012 Expansion Pack.

You can find it here.

It's nicely packaged so that all you need to do transfer the A-WXYZ folders into the existing collection.

edit: Again, I take no credit for making/creating any of these. Every single one of them is someone else's work. I simple format them for OOTP.

can yours be added to the existing nicknames? just overwriting the originals?

I realized that I made a mistake. I didn't capitalize any of the nicknames.

So here is the updated and correct version of the team_nick_names.txt file.

Thank you for this. Just last night while setting up a new league, I had your logo folder open and changing the team names to match so I knew I could find a logo. This will save me a lot of time and sometime frustration. (I got to the last feeder league and when I went to change the league structure I didn't pay attention to what league I was in and changed the ML structure so I lost about 1/2 of the ones I had already input. I figured at that point it would be best to play an existing league for awhile)

I have downloaded the logo set. What OOTP file do these get placed in? I must have tried for over an hour last night trying to get them to work, but nothing was in ANY of the OOTP files when I went to use the logos for a new game.

Any help would be appreciated.
