Logo request

If someone can help me out with some logos for these teams id appreciate it.
Basically what im looking for is either the city name or abbreviation. No fancy mascot. Just the city name. Any color or stripes are fine. My thinking is if teams had logos back then they would be like the ones from the early 20th century. Also if they could look like Justafan's logos when finished would be fantastic.
There are teams on the list more than once. This is not a mistake but different franchises. So i would like the city name in different writing styles that might have been used in that era. i could have kept the same logo for some of the franchises but im looking for different logos to distinguish them from each other. Anyway thanks.

If you can use just a single letter representing the cities, you can find some of what you want here...

Ill check and see what i dont already have. For the 19th century im trying to have a diifferent logo for each franchise.
