Jersey Adjustments Requested (2 expansion teams)

I finally decided on my two expansion teams:

Portland Bandits
Carolina Ravens

I was hoping to get the logos/jerseys/caps adjusted to include the geographical name. I suck at this stuff, and figured I'd have better luck seeing if someone with the graphical know-how could help out!

Here is what I'm looking for:

Bandits jersey: Probably no changes needed unless you feel ultra-creative (not tacky!)
Bandits logo: Definitely some sort of "Portland" added either on the open blue spot or the blue wrapping banner would work)
Bandits: cap:PB or P lettering?

Ravens jersey: Perhaps add in Carolina? If it doesn't fit anywhere, it's fine as-is
Ravens logo: Carolina written about the "avens" is what I was thinking...
Ravens cap: I like the cap, but feel free to tinker

Bump, blast from the past:

Is anyone able to adjust the colors on one (or both?) or these teams? They look really similar to one another, but I do REALLY like them still!

Also, if anyone's savvy enough to add the city names (Portland, Carolina), that would be amazing too!
