Gasparilla Baseball League
This league I will be using at my SA level. It is part of a future quick start that I will be uploading to OOTP Mods. See the other leagues included in this universe in the list below. Premier Baseball Association (ML) Continental Baseball Union (AAA) Southern Pacific League (AA) Cajun Country League (A) Gasparilla League (SA) Long Island League (R) If anyone wants to use these, distribute these, or collect these for personal use I do not mind. Do what you like. Keep in mind that some of this material was created by authors unknown to me and some of it may be copyrighted. All artwork in this thread is intended for personal use only. East Lake Eagles
(loosely based upon high schools in the area) Fictional Stadium Michael Bilirakis Memorial Colliseum East Lake moved to South Division. Dunedin replaced with Brooksville in North Division. Brooksville is too important to leave out. Last edited by Honorable_Pawn; 04-13-2014 at 07:47 PM. |

Brooksville Leopards
(loosely based upon high schools in the area) Fictional Stadium: The Yards of Preston Brooks Sloppy shoulders (shoulder is corrected...I didn't bother to update the face-gen) but I'm done with this one. It's close enough "in-game" and close enough to actual. The only real embellishment was the change of the hat color from white to gold. Last edited by Honorable_Pawn; 04-19-2014 at 08:10 AM. |

I'm also a Tampa native. Any chance you would be open to adding local powers like Jesuit, Tampa Catholic (my alma mater), Alonso HS, Steinbrenner HS, Plant HS?
Also, you've got a follower in me! I didn't post my leagues, but, I did a local league as well. Used a bunch of the local areas around Tampa for mine as well (Ybor City, Carrollwood, South Tampa, Lutz, Land O Lakes, etc.) Last edited by Cigar_City_Rays; 04-18-2014 at 10:06 PM. |

Actually, I wanted to do a Pinellas vs. Hillsborough league when I started. I didn't want to include Pasco and certainly not Hernando and Sarasota when I started (but since I've already done Pasco/Hernando I'm probably going to keep them). The problem I was having was that I am not using this for feeders. It was for a 24-team Short A league. I didn't know what to call Tampa Catholic since I was using city names instead of high school names. I didn't want to have multiple Tampa teams or multiple St. Pete teams though. I guess East Tampa/West Tampa etc. would be fine. Any suggestions for the Seminole Conference? I am totally open to your interpretation of the 12-team Hillsborough Seminole Conference. Maybe I'll remake the McMullen Conference to include Pinellas-only if that goes well. Please submit your 12 team conference with 6 teams per division. I'll update the planned division post. I really would like to eliminate Port Charlotte and Venice. I didn't grow up here but been down a long time so my knowledge of rivalries etc is fairly weak--just what I see on Bay News 9. So any suggestions that you have I'm all ears. Keep in mind that for me, this is a short A league so when I make away jerseys I need city names (It would only take a few minutes to change the same jersey to school names for you). Also, keep in mind that I base these on actual high school uniforms and actual logos but I am going to alter them at times for simplicity sake and for artistic flexibility. Do you want a Gibbs version of St. Pete? I was very unhappy with the St. Pete jerseys and was going to remake it anyway? Last edited by Honorable_Pawn; 04-19-2014 at 09:51 AM. |

Brooksville shoulder corrected. It was simply an opacity that I didn't put back to 100% after erase.

The athletic department sports the guy with the bat in his hands as their logo on their website for their baseball team but the entire school uses a modified New England Patriots logo.
Here is what they use: Last edited by Honorable_Pawn; 04-19-2014 at 02:36 PM. |
