Beginner Needing Help
Hi everyone, I have played OOTP back in the day (2010 lol) so I know how to play. What I need help with is a step by step guide how to add logos and uniforms and caps so they show up in the game. I have downloaded all the necessary files (logos, uniforms and such).
How is it done? What files do i dump where? Sorry in advance if anyone else has been asking this. If there is a thread that can help can someone show me the link? Thanks! Last edited by buschk11; 08-06-2014 at 07:56 PM. |

Look at the sticky section above. You will find a tutorial for jerseys and caps. Gern44 made a logo tutorial. Use the "search" function to find a post by him. I think he has a link in his signature.

I don't have OOTP15, but it if works like previous versions, It uses the file names to distribute the caps, jerseys and logos to the correct teams.
jerseys_boston_Red_Sox_2013_home.png for example would be used for only the 2013 Boston Red Sox Home jersey. jerseys_boston_red_sox.png would be used for all Boston Red Sox Jerseys except the 2013 ones if you had the above file as well. And so on. In the last few versions OOTP has added some additional parameters, such as home and road and I think sunday now too. |

Most of the ones you'll download from places like OOTPMods.com will already be named properly.
Jerseys go in Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\jerseys, and caps go in Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\ballcaps If you have a league you've already started, there are ballcaps and jerseys folders inside the league folder inside saved_games. |

buschk11... are you playing a modern MLB league? If so, the easiest thing for you would be to download the current All-in-One mod in-game. Open OOTP15, click on the FILE button, choose Add-Ons Central, then download the 2014 All-in-One Mod. After the download completes, click Install. After the installation is complete, re-load your MLB league and all the logos/caps/jerseys will load for each team.
