Team Logo Requests

The AUNZBL has two new teams coming to play, the Kununurra Pioneers and the Darwin Diggers.

If somebody would like to do up logos for them, i'd really appreciate it

Bit of background: It's 2048, and Australia's in space!

Kununurra is Australia's primary space research and exploration centre, and has exploded in size from a tiny town pre-War (the defining world event that marked the beginning of this game) to a juggernaut of a city, rivaling Adelaide in size.

With no end in sight to government and commercial funding of space ventures, Kununurra's government is sure it'll only continue to grow, and has been lobbying the AUNZBL for some years for a team.

Launches of shuttles between Australia and their space stations take place almost weekly from the dedicated launchpads located close to Lake Argyle, one of Australia's biggest artificial lakes, and very close to Kununurra.

They chose the name Pioneers as space *is* now the new frontier, and anybody who's heading there is heading there from Kununurra.

Darwin has also exploded in size post-War, but for different reasons. Darwin has the largest military presence in all of Australia. The city was one of Australia's fastest growing pre-War, and it hasn't slowed a step.

Diggers is accepted Australian slang for those in the military, and an obvious choice for a team name. A hive of military activity, Darwin almost daily sees new troops from Australia's various military branches pass in and out, on their way to 'keep the peace' in Indonesia, or off to Europe or North America to provide a visible reminder of Australia's military power, or to patrol the nearby oceans. The ASN (Australian Space Navy) also has a training facility in Darwin where the vast majority of new recruits end up.

This is at the end of last season (though i'm actually hoping to update all the logos over the next few seasons, so i don't really have a specific theme or anything)

I'm about to start the 2048 season so have cobbled together some logos to see me through.
