Are we including independent/summer collegiate updates here? If so, here are a couple from the Pecos League:
Las Vegas (NM) Train Robbers moving to Topeka, KS to be the Topeka Train Robbers. New logo:  New unis (just replace the New Mexico flag with a Kansas flag)   New expansion team - Woodward (OK) Westerners Logo:  Unis:

The Arizona Diamondbacks will be getting new uniforms next season. Uniforms will be unveiled on Dec. 3.

I see the Topeka Train Robbers put just as much effort into their branding as the Las Vegas Train Robbers. That has got to be the worst logo in professional sports.
