Jersey and Cap template

Does anybody have a GOOD link to the jersey and cap template for Photoshop.
the link I found doesnt work.

Search the various years, especially 2011 and 2012. You may have to download files you can't use. I uploaded some PSP files but since the description and author are missing I don't know what files are what anymore. The ver 3.5 files are for Photoshop.
