If some of these cities are Toronto suburbs, what do I do with the old Toronto population? Do I leave it the same or "shrink" it a bit. If I shrink it to what # do I shrink it to??

Determine which are suburbs of Toronto. Total their population. Subtract that total from Toronto.

Toronto is just huge compared to the rest of Canada.

last time I was in Toronto (roughly 2003 or so), the sign when entering it said 2.5 million. This includes the suburbs of Etobicoke, York, North York, Scarborough, and Toronto proper.

Well, since I did a game starting in 1977, there are a couple places I'd add to this list.. Welland.. Hamilton.. For fun I'd throw Peterborough in there too.. Of course, I have no clue how to edit the files themselves, so.. lol

I was looking for an updated file with added cities but nothing.. ah well..
