New Country to Add. Montenegro

Montenegro has voted to suceed from its union with Serbia, ending the last vestiges of Yugoslavia. So anyone up for creating a Montenegrin flag?

Languages should be heavily Serbian, with a smattering of Czech/Slovak and Arabic. Arabic added because I can't get the Muslim Montenegrin a proper name set.

A flag? I know a flag genius around here . . .
