Having problems
I created my own Nations.txt file but I'm having some issues. Whenever I create a league, I'm getting a lot of players with no nationality. That is, in the Nationality field of the players, there's only a flag but no nation name and no city of birth (naturally since there's no nation).
The odd thing is that EVERY player who's missing a nation has the same flag appearing in the nationality field (the flag of Aberdeen). Likewise, there ARE a lot of players who DO have Aberdeen as their nation of birth. One final piece of info - if I do an "Explore World", there is no mention of this "non Nation". That is, there's no line with a blank nation but with a flag. I'm baffled. I've attached the Nations.txt file that I'm using. If someone could give it a look over, I'd greatly appreciate it. There are only 7 nations in my entire "universe" so it's not a large file. |

For what it's worth, I found a work around.
If I add my fictional nations and delete all the other nations EXCEPT for "The United States", I don't get the missing nations error. Every player has a nation of birth. I simply set the baseball level of The United States to 0 so that no players will be generated from there. At least I hope that's how it will work. |
