Foreign Players

Without boring you with inane details of my solo league (I'll do that in the dynasty thread!)

I am interested in setting up a world centered in the US but that would feature a larger number of Hispanic and Canadian players and a very limited number of Asian players (almost none). What is the best way to do this??

Some thoughts:

Edit nations.txt and reduce Asian nations baseball quality, perhaps to zero.

Edit US and Canadian ethnicities to remove Asians or reduce them to 1%.

Use name file 39 for the primary US ethnicity instead of 0.
