States As Nations mod?

Sorry if you expect it posted... this is just a request: Has anybody updated the States as Nations mod for OOTP11? If not does anybody have and tips for converting the old states as nations mod? I haven't worked with the nations files since OOTP9 .

I don't think the data format has changed in a while. An old version may be compatible.

I dunno i downloaded the states as nations flag set which i am using for my EBL league, and someone said to change the .txt to a .csv open in Excel then chage it back to .txt when u r done.... i am still going through my players for my leagues so i have all my cities, its taking forever i am up to 400 cities for Endor and havent started to match them up with earth cities yet.
