IBAF World Rankings based nations.txt

I have taken the liberty of making a nations.txt file based on the current IBAF World Rankings. I also have attached the current world rankings so you can get an idea of how high nations are ranked.

Here is the system i used:

1-3 = Excellent Baseball Level
4-16 = Good Baseball Level (i may reduce this)
17-32 = Average Baseball Level
33-74 = Fair Baseball Level (i may base this on Continent)
Unranked (with a competitive baseball federation) = Poor Baseball Level (i may base this on continent as well)

There are no nations without a competitive baseball federation on this list.

I used Wikipedia for the unranked teams.

Also included is Questdog's Modern Names Sets, which i take no credit for.

MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP YOUR DATABASE FOLDER BEFORE INSTALLING.

Please note, i created this file for my own purpose, and for World Leagues. If you have only one league which has a high foreigner %, i highly recommend not using this.

Ok, so i wasn't quite happy with how i ranked the teams, so i redid the file.

I also threw in a nations.txt based on the IIHF (Ice Hockey) Rankings.

Here is how i ranked the nations:

IBAF (Baseball):

1-3 = Excellent Baseball Level
4-15 = Good Baseball Level
16-25 = Average Baseball Level
26-40 = Fair Baseball Level
41-74 = Poor Baseball Level
Unranked = Non-Existent Baseball Level

IIHF (Ice Hockey):

1-3 = Excellent Baseball Level
4-10 = Good Baseball Level
11-20 = Average Baseball Level
21-49 = Fair or Poor Baseball Level (depends on location and personal judgement)
Unranked - Poor Baseball Level
Associate Member - Non Existent Baseball Level
