Quick Question

I'm trying to work on making a IBAF/WBSC based world for international play based off of the regions, with an international tournament. If anyone knows as to why, whenever I try to create a league it automatically takes a nation with non-existent baseball up to excellent, or how to prevent it from happening, PLEASE let me know. I plan on making a full blown quickstart league, with teams based off of their WBSC regions, with other nations from the league added in to fill in depth (between Americas, Africa, Europe, Asia, and Oceania-I may even split it up even more, make different leagues based on regions, create an association so there's a playoff between champs of all leagues or top 2, or something). Any help I would greatly appreciate in regards in how to fix this.

Can you provide some more details? For instance, is it always the same country that gets upgraded? At what point in the process does this happen? What are your settings?

It's all countries. I've tried everything, from creating a high school league to a major league. It happens whenever I try to add teams from foreign countries as a new team, whether it be from the creation page or from adding on later. I have my settings as default, I haven't changed anything. Is there a setting I need to change so all countries stay the same? I'm a newb in the world creation aspect.

I've never heard of anything like that happening, and I'm not sure what might be causing it. Maybe someone else who has more experience with international leagues can weigh in.

It's weird. It takes a non-existant country to excellent status. Driving me crazy, but I'm also a OOTP world mod newb.
