Real Team Names?

I'm not sure if this goes in the mods forum, or OK here, but can anyone direct me on how to import the real team names? I found logo packs for ML and minor league teams, even some japan teams I think, but I dont' want to go through and edit all the team names by hand.

I'm sure there will soon be quickstart options with this already done for you, but for now you probably have to either do it yourself or wait until someone else does it and makes it available.

Until someone gets a mod ready (can't be done officially for hopefully obvious reasons), you can edit the names of the teams as you start the league. Under the "Names & Affiliations" tab.

Download the database from www.baseball1.com and import 2005.

but that won't help him with minor league teams will it DAED?

You may not be able to. But once you edit a set you can save the setup as a quickstart to use over and over agian. Or someone may go in and setup a quickstart to post as a mod.

Is this something I do as soon as the game is started, or do I do it in 'Create New Game' mode?

I've have made a quickstart that includes all mlb teams down to their rookie league names. Just the teams from the USA. I just need a place to host it.
