Trouble Loading Rosters...

I'm having trouble, I downloaded the Lahman DB and everytime I try to load a historical league it gives me an error message

You need to:

-Be using v5.3 COMMA-DELIMITED version.
-Have the db unzipped on your HD and NOT on your desktop.
