Any chance somebody could upload it to a different server at all? Rapidshare? Megaupload? Something else?

It should work fine as long as you guys aren't trying to use download accelerators. Filefront used to allow them if you paid for it, which I did, then they canceled the service (Still angry over this one). I just downloaded it with a single connection just fine.

Alright... So I took out the thumbs.db that cubby left in, then compressed the file with a winrar solid archive, which brings a better compression rate. Just off from what 7zip would be, but I didn't want to have to explain what a 7zip is and rar is close enough anyway. Dropped about 13 mbs off the file. Use Winrar or 7zip
to open it.

Here is the file on Media Fire: http://www.mediafire.com/?6n5y9wzy3et . Should work. I downloaded it and extracted it to make sure.

Is there a way to release all the players in the MLB league(especially without them changing ratings), export them, and draft them in an inaugural draft for a league with fictional teams and such?

Paul Byrd has resigned with the Indians and Kenny Rogers with the Tigers.

Also don't forget to turn on AL does Computer Moves from Computer Controlled teams.

problem solved, thanks a lot for re-hosting it.

Regarding the Cubs.... I must be honest, this was a little shocking that you included the Rule 5 Draft trade of Tim Lahey but didn't include our earlier trade of Ohman? Possibly a signal you forgot a couple days worth of transactions? No biggy at all, just a heads up.

Cubs traded LHP Will Ohman & INF Omar Infante in exchange for RHP Jose Ascanio of the Atlanta Braves.

& RHP Angel Guzman had re-constructive elbow surgery in late September; he will likely not pitch in 2008 unfortunately....hurt again....for the 4th straight year.

nope, that's not it. I can't find another transaction from those days that you missed; you even released RHP Colby Smith from the Royals.

must be an Ohman fan

What kind of weird things are we talking about with having waivers on?

I ended up turning them on and nothing too odd, just now and then a team will make some weird decisions but I think that's OOTP more than anything.

I just noticed Andrew McCutchen of the Pirates was nowhere to be found.

Same with David Purcey and Travis Snider of the Jays.

I`m not too worried about the 07 picks at the moment though since none of them are in there. I`m perfectly content with adding them myself though, just thought I`d mention it for future updates if there are any.

Are service time correct with this version? If it's not where is a good place to go for correct service time so I can add them in?

They should all be pretty close.

www.mlb4u.com has service time in the player contracts section for each team I believe, right under the contract it will list years.days

I exported the MLB portion of these rosters for use in a fiction league I am trying to start with a friend I live with. When I import them back into the league, everything imports fine except the majority of the starting pitchers become relievers. Does anyone know why this is happening?
