Questions about photos with real rosters.

I just loaded up Cubbyfan's 2008 rosters, which are awesome by the way. When I was looking through the game, I noticed that some players had their real photos, while others just had their team logo in place of a photo. This is my first time playing ootp 2007 and was wondering how to set up the photos for the league to where I can add photos for other players. Also, I'm not really sure where these photos are coming from, I looked through my ootp files on my computer and couldnt find any file containing these photos. Thanks to anyone who would be willing to give some info or point me in the right direction.
