New to OOTP 8

I just purchased OOTP 8 and need some things to get my game going. I need the team logos, player and staff photos. Does anyone know where I can get these at? And, how do I install these items? I am still a little fimiliar with the OOTP 6.5 game. Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks!
