Having trouble with photos

The photos look fine when I use the "catobase" style view but when viewing them from the actual roster screen the player photo is HUGE and blocks out a bunch of player info.

What should I do? I assume this is a common problem for newbies.

Also does anyone know where to get good stadium photos that work with OTP8? I have pics from the OOTP 6 days, do those work fine?

Did you ever get this figured out, Cowboys? I think any of the stadium files work fine with the new versions; it will resize them as necessary. The photos will accept larger sizes, so they do need to be of the, what is it?, 90x135 variety.
