Pictures not working

I have a couple of players that their pictures won't show up in the Profile or in actual games. It just shows the generic picture. I've got the picture named correctly (joe_mather.jpg). Usually when I put the file in the image folder, I get the question as to whether I want to replace the file or not. In these cases, these players don't have pictures already.
Any ideas?

Come on guys...how about a little help here.

Are you sure they are spelt correctly?
Something else to try then is to locate their profile in Commish mode and delete/re-write the name, may be corruption on the player id profile.
Apart from that can't help much.
(All the problems I've had like this have been down to late nights and spelling mistakes....not necessarily in that order)
