Retired Pic
Is there a way to put retired people who was released because of career injury back into the uniforms of the teams they played with.
Or a player who retired for a team who he did not spend the majority of their time with, back to the team he did spend the majority of his time with. Especially if that player is in the Hall of Fame. I have not gone far enough in the game to have a player in the Hall of Fame to know if that is an option. I think that would be an interesting addition to the game. |

I remember this issue brought up in beta, but being a historical simmer, I did not pay much attention to it.
But, one thought does come to this deranged mind. Become commish of the league, un-retire the guy, put him on the team you want him on, regenerate the uniform for him, then retire him again. Then you could edit his history to delete the unretire and retire again. Would that work?

You can freeze the picture. He won't get to look like Al Lewis, but you can't have everything.
![]() Edit Oops sorry I didn't read properly. I thought they were retiring normally.

Okay, found a way.
In commissioner mode in each player profile, there is an editor. you can assign to the team you want. Designate for assignment (which puts him back into parent team uniform) update picture and put him back as a free agent (still retired). Make sure he does not get a contract (delete if you do, will add to team expenses) or have popularity (it will take away from the team popularity) Last edited by t_wil1; 08-30-2008 at 05:09 AM. |

He did not post it freely, you paid for it. Check your debit card.
It is the old Al Lewis scam. Al was great. He did not even wear makeup for the Monsters TV show, that is how he looks in real life.
