I'm playing on a Mac. It has worked fine *so far* but I've only been doing some minor house cleaning. Is there a version available with any of the free agent transactions updated? I've noticed all the major free agents remain in the FA pool.

Cubby said he would release one with updated transactions soon. It might be a little while because of the coaches crashing problem.

At least that narrows the problem to the coaches page. I would imagine it won't take long for markus to figure out whats wrong.

There are a couple of ways to fix this. First go to game setup, then click league setup, then click options. There you can select allow incomplete minor leagues rosters(ghost players). If you check that then the minors do not have to be filled with players and you can continue.

The other way to fix that is to go to game setup, select league setup, then select the league with the problem. Under the functions tab select fill teams with fictional players. That will fill all the teams in that league with players.

Don't forget the 2 people who who deflected from Cuba and like Barry Bonds on the Free-Agent Market. I would like to see Retired people on the Free-Agent Market but it might take up your time.

I have been taking his roster and added anyone that has been signed since 11/1 and going to correct team with correct salary contract..

Going to go ahead and put up a new transactions file tonight with coaches/scouts turned off -- once we get that issue fixed I'll just turn it back on.

Having the same issue here with the personnel screen. Get an error message and OOTP shuts down when I enable full scouting and got to the personnel search screen.

Hey Cubby, what will be included in the newest patch you put you in the next few days. Will FA's such as Sabathia, Teixera and others be signed?

Indeed. It seems that on the users ends that it locks up for, it's only those first two pages. Some coach(es) on those pages causes the game to lock -- I can cycle through pages 3-whatever fine, just 1-2 that cause problems (which I assume cause problems then when you try to sort and it rearranges any of the problem coaches).

The hope is if Airmen can see them and delete them, we can have a clean running file. Everyone keep your fingers crossed.

And yes, the updated file will have all transactions to date including minor league and major league ones.

Cubby, one thing I noticed was that not all of the 2008 statistics seem to be included. Example = greg maddux / Is there a reason why some of the 2008 stats are not included? Also, I may have missed this, but did you ever figure out the yankee history issue? Thanks

Strange - I am looking at him right now in the last set you posted and he does not have stats for 2008. Well I look forward to the new roster set, as always I enjoy your work (To be honest without it I would not purchase ootp baseball). Hopefully you get some commission for sales, haha.
