Importing Roster Help

I have recently created a NPB and CPBL roster set, and exported them at .txt files. In the export, the game lists their "Team ID." My question is: how do I create a new game, create a league in the same exact structure so I can do an import, and then alter the new games Team ID's so that everything matches? Up to this point, I cannot figure out how to change the Team ID, only the Historical Team ID. Can anyone help?

Dr. P

I am not 100% sure, but the only way I have found involves changing the team numbers in the text file to match the ones in the game you are wanting to import into
