FaceGen issues

Not sure if this is the place for this but.....

I downloaded and installed Bobbles facegen files and had no problem. Then one day they simply disappeared 'in game' at the 'Player & Picture Options' screen; all I see are the standard files. When I look in the facegen folder I see all the files are there. I tried removing them and returning them; re-downloading and restarting, but nothing seems to help Bobbles files from reappearing in the 'Player & Picture Options' screen.

Any suggestions? Thanks......

I've not seen that. The only thing I can think of is disable facegen and/or go to one of the troubleshooting facegen modes (both in preferences).

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried both but there was no change. It's like the scroll bar doesn't want to scroll any further. I don't know, it's weird.
