Needed NCAA feeder league rosters for import

adding a college feeder and a High School feeder to our league and would like a 2012 or 2011 college feeder roster to import (id beable to structure the teams around the roster file )

and same for the HS feeder tho i know that will be alot rarer id settle with any hs feeder roster really just want it to be with real players if possible

I have College Hitting and Pitching stats for all NCAA teams. May not list all the players, but close enough to give you good rosters. You'd have to assign Player IDs though. If you know how to use Excel or Open Office (Free), it's pretty easy to get what you want from these 2 csvs. If you think you can use this info, I can just take out just the 2011 data and attach it here. The data I have goes way back a few years so the whole thing can't be attached as it's almost 10 megs of data.

ok can you explain how it works? wanna make sure i dont screw it up .
do i create the fictional players in the game and edit the cvs. file to add the player ids of the player i created in game ? and then import it as roster or stats file ?

I've never done anything like this in-game before. I'd have to start up the game and export stuff to see what exactly needs to be done. Be patient and I should have a better answer for you by tomorrow eve. In the meantime create your teams. You're gonna need those IDs. I think you can assign the Playere IDs and add the players in the spreadsheet and import them after but, you'd need to know what the highest Player ID# is and add about 2,000 to it to insure no player gets the same ID and start from there. Do you plan on adding the batting and pitching stats too???
If this is too difficult for you, as I don't explain things very well, Create your College League and teams. Then export the college league's roster. Post it here or if it's to large, pm me and I'll give you me email. Send rosters.txt file to me and I'll do it for you. Shouldn't take long at all if I'm just filling in Names. Even better, Save your setup as a Template and send that, then I'll load it in the game, add the players and make sure it works. I'll even add the stats if you want.

Well, that was easy, here's the steps I'd take.
1. Create the League and teams
2. If you're only gonna rename players to real names and want to use the existing Player IDs, fill the teams with players.
3. Save the game and make a copy of it so that you have 2 copies in case something messes up.
4. Make sure you have this league selected and click on the "export rosters". This will give you all the teams in your college league and their players and player IDs.
5. Go to your saved game's "import_export" folder and open the college league's roster.txt file in a spreadsheet. Also open the college batting and pitching.csv's you dl'd and locate the team you want to replace the players from and copy those. Go to the games league.txt sheet and replace the fake names with the real names. Continue doing that till you have all the real college players.
6. Save the newly created league's roster file as a csv file. Rename the .csv to .txt and import it back into the game.
7. If you did it correctly, you should see the new players names and all should work fine.

the league template is 180 mb

i have the txt's for the rosters and stats
id like to have the stats to go with the players if possible but after looking at the stats that would just be a bonus as the stats file shows the full starts for the league .
i took a look at the ncaa_rosters.txt file though excel but it got confusing with 3 kids jumping on me . i noticed i have to import the ncaa_rosters.txt file back in as the .txt file and same for the stats .
