To get that exact look you have to use the Hellboy facial hair from the facial hair mod. That hair type on top of the hair already in the facegen pretty much came out perfect.

One thing I don't like and don't really understand about OOTP use of facegen is why some look so much different in the facegen application compared to in the game.

here is one I did of 2pac for example. Notice how much better it looks in facgen vs in the game
