Financial question?
If hard salary cap is impossible, then what the next best way to setup financials for a promotion/demotion league (3 levels)? I want the game to take care of it. I dont want to have to edit things every off-season.

any help or ideas will be appreciated...I been having no luck with coming up with a hard salary cap. Ive done about 20 test and almost every team breaks the hard salary cap. So obviously ootp has an issue with hard cap. Why put it in the game if it don't work? so can anyone help me out with a good financial system for a promotion/demotion league????

I don't use a hard cap but this is my Financials. Im not going after realism with my financials. My goal is to have the superstars sign with the best league.
I think I need to change my media contracts and max cash but too lazy to review them. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing |
