A question about Quickstarts.
I have tried to get a clear picture by reading the various posts here, but still have this question...
Do quickstarts made for previous game versions...13,14 or earlier...work with 15?

No, but you could start them in the version they were created for and then import the game into he next highest version of OOTP. Rinse and repeat until you get to OOTP15.

The problem with that is I only have 15, so none will work from Cooperstown?

You can download and install OOTP 13 or 14 trial versions and update the QS to v15 that way...
