Photo issue in 16

I think this was also a problem in 14 or 15 for a while.....during game play on the team I manage (historic league) a photo of a different player is displayed for my pitchers. Random, no detectible pattern

I use the "Gambo " photos, is this a "third party issue" ?

The correct photo appears on the players page and on the league statistical leaders and streaks pages, problem is only during game play and on the scores page prior to playing that days game where you see the photo of the starting pitchers.

Example, Ken Holtzman is the starting pitcher but Craig Biggio's photo is there.

I don't recall anyone else mentioning this issue. If you hear of someone else, maybe you could compare notes, see if there's something common to your situations. Wish I could do more to help.

Thanks to those who did the work for the online manual !

I went to the exact location where player photos are stored in a saved game (news/ html/ photos/ images/person pictures) and found that for those photos I had swapped out before I exported my game from 15 to 16, (I do this to eliminate the "hatless headmen" and to get photos for the correct team a player is on in my league) for some reason the new photo only fills the home photo slot and a different players photo fills the away slot.
My only fix was to hand crank and delete the "wrong" away photos, copy and paste the correct ones.

Wish I knew a way to stop this from happening next time

Turn off "Use Away Uniforms".

On that note, I would prefer a preference to toggle away uniforms on/off per league, or at least ML and MiL. I typically use them for ML, but not for minors and feeders.
