Help with placing QuickStart Roster

Okay, i'm new at OOTP, so at the risk of sounding like an idiot.........i'm savvy with modding games. I've modded MVP 2005 PC, Madden 08 PC, and a few x360 games, but this one is throwing me for a loop!

Downloaded and unzipped the package, placed all folders and files into Documents>Out of the Park Developments>OOTP 16. I'm not sure which file/folder to place in the quickstart_games folder.

I've done several Google searches, but can't find any resolution.

Unlike the default Quickstart folders, this one doesn't have a .quick folder with it, so I have no clue "which" file to place in the quickstart folder.

If it says .lg it goes in the Saved games folder. If it is .quick then it goes in the quick start folder.

Never mind - created a QuickStart game, replaced the .dat files with Preceptor's.
