20 team schedule anyone?
Looking for a 20 team schedule for our league.
We have two leagues of 10 teams, and 2 divisions of 5 teams in each. I'm hoping for a balanced scheduled. Anyone have any advice?

If you want a 162-game season with no interleague play, then you can always import an historical MLB schedule file from between 1962-68. You will have some scheduled doubleheaders in them though.

How many double headers are there?

I can't get it to import into our league. Any suggestions?
It says "Could not import schedule. The loaded schedule has a different structure as the current league." The settings are set to no interleague games with a balanced schedule. I also have it set to start on a Monday.

OK, I figured out why.
I was looking for a schedule with 20 teams, two leagues of 10 with 2 divisions of 5 in each league. Does that make sense?

Not quite sure I am following... Assuming you want 162 games, no interleague, and balanced (same number of games against opponents in division and out of division), there are two files I see in the 20 Teams folder of the zip collection linked above. They have the names beginning:
ILN_BGY_G162_SL1_D1_T5_D2_T5_SL2_D1_T5_D2_T5_c Were you trying one of those? |

These two were in the schedule pack I converted:
Use one for the first year and alternate for the second. These are unbalanced though. Last edited by SandMan; 05-23-2012 at 11:08 AM. |
