16 team schedule request

Ok, I'm running a fictional setup with 2 subleagues, 2 divisions of 4 teams each. What I'd like to have is a 154 game schedule with 90 against divisional opponents, 48 against the other division and 16 against interleague opponents. Starting date like the MLB and an allstar game.
3*30=90
4*12=48
8*2 =16
154
