36-team schedule request

Hello. I'd like a 162-game, 36-team schedule with 2 subleagues of 4 divisions. One division in each subleague has 6 teams while the other 3 have 4, for a total of 18 teams per subleague.

I prefer an unbalanced schedule with 20 or 22 interleague games per team.
