72 Team Schedule Request

If anyone is willing to take this on, I will post the league structure. I know this is asking a lot.

2 Sub-Leagues, 6 Divisions per Sub-League, 6 Teams per Division, Unbalanced Schedule, Inter-League play if possible(18 games-3 per opponent), All-Star Game. 162 Game Season. A few more total games would not be a problem if it simplifies creating the schedule.

A couple of options:

99 division games (19-20 games per opponent)
45 interdivision games (3 games against 15 of 30 teams)
18 interleague games (3 games against 6 of 36 teams)

-or-

54 division games (10-11 games per opponent)
90 interdivision games (3 games against all 30 teams)
18 interleague games (3 games against 6 of 36 teams)
