24 team schedule needed

2 sub leagues, 3 divisions, 4 teams.
i want 5 3 game series against division rivals, 1 5 game series against the rest, 145 games total. This means i need interleague. i want the all star game in late june/early july. the league starts april 10 or the next thursday.

Can gmo/other person do this?
